From the Talent Development team, we offer comprehensive support services:
1. Accompaniment in essential skills
We are developing essential skills in our collaborators and teams, aligned with Ceiba’s characteristics (solver, empathetic, passionate, continuous learner, communicator, cooperator, strategist, assertive, team developer, and mobilizer).
2. Accomplishment and accompaniment in development plans and objectives.
Identify strengths and areas for improvement, defining specific action plans.
3. Accompaniment in mental health
Safe and confidential spaces for personal attention and emotional support.
Biannual surveys evaluate and improve physical, mental, emotional, meaning, social, and occupational care.
Diagnosis and intervention actions are based on the Psychosocial Risk Battery, with individual and group intervention strategies such as “We are interested in your well-being” and “The Mental Health Route.”
