At Ceiba, we have inspiring initiatives, including the 2024 Leadership Experience. With this experience, we want to leave an indelible mark on our leaders and contribute to their personal and professional growth.

This program has been designed based on the needs and ideas that our employees shared in 2022. In this way, we are transforming how 125 leaders from all company areas develop their skills and knowledge.

A learning adventure
Since January, our leaders have participated in a knowledge journey with three modules, each with interactive workshops and practical challenges that allow participants to practice what they have learned and earn badges recognizing their effort and dedication.

Focus on collaboration and learning.
One of the highlights of this experience is its focus on collaboration and collective learning. Our leaders share their experiences, support each other, and work as a team to overcome challenges. This approach strengthens their skills and fosters a spirit of cooperation and mutual support, which is essential to the success of any organization.

CeibaLAB team members created a program that educates, inspires, and motivates our leaders to reach their full potential with the help of guides from other areas such as Talent Strategy, Production, and Marketing.
